Yes! Every bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.

No, we are committed to sustainability and avoid the use of palm oil in our formulations.

Most of our products are vegan, and all are cruelty free. Any non-vegan ingredients, such as honey, will be clearly listed.

Yes, we formulate our products to be gentle, and many are specifically designed for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, check the ingredient listing of the relevant product.

Orders

Once your order is in and paid for, it's moving fast. If you need to make changes, email us at hello@melodyroad.com.au ASAP. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

If your soap shows up looking like it has gone a few rounds with a kangaroo, we'll replace it. Email us at hello@melodyroad.com.au with details and photos of the damage so we can make things right (and have a word with Australia Post).

Most orders will be despatched within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Should there be a longer delay we will be in touch.

Shipping

All across Australia via Australia Post

Orders over $75 ship free, via regular parcel post. That's $75 after any discounts have been applied.

We ship with Australia Post. Regular delivery takes about 5-7 days, and Express typically arrives in 1-3 days after despatch.

Regular Delivery costs a flat $7.95 per order.

Express Delivery starts at $12.50.

Orders above $75 are sent free of charge via Regular Parcel Post. Should you need to have your order faster then you have the option of paying for Express delivery.

We ship with Australia Post. Regular delivery takes about 5-7 days, and Express typically arrives in 1-3 days after despatch. Delays can happen during peak season, so plan accordingly.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Click it, and you will know exactly where your soap is.

Australia Post will leave your parcel in a secure location if possible. If not, they'll leave a card directing you to the nearest post office.

Returns

You have 30 days within which to return your order, but the soap has to be in brand new condition, in its original packaging, and you will need a receipt. You will cover the return shipping. Email us at hello@melodyroad.com.au to start the process. Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

No. If you bought our soap from another store or website, contact them directly for their return policy.

Yes! We use minimal, recyclable, and compostable packaging to reduce our environmental impact.

Keep your soap dry between use by using a well-draining soap dish. This helps extend its life.
