Shipping Policy

SHIPPING RATES

Melody Road Soap Co. sends all parcels with Australia Post. Within Australia, we charge a flat $10 delivery fee on all orders up to a value of $75, and shipping is FREE for orders over $75. We also offer an Express Post option.

SHIPPING TIME

Melody Road Soap Co. works hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information when your parcel is despatched.

Once your order has been shipped it should take 5 to 7 days for your parcel to arrive via standard Parcel Post, or 1 to 3 days for Express Post - regional areas may take a little longer. 

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT TIME OF DELIVERY?

Australia Post will leave your parcel in a secure location at the delivery address if this is possible. Should a secure location not be available a card will be left directing you to collect your parcel from your nearest post office.
